Welcome to my new blog! Mark, this one was inspired by you. I am going to post several quick, easy recipes every week. They will be meals or main courses that can be made quickly, easily, and inexpensively. I will try to categorize them between Breakfast, Lunch, Supper, Dessert, and so on.

Special thanks to Judy for suggesting the title. It's pretty clever, huh?
